1 Product Introduction

現(xiàn)階段,電力系統(tǒng)對(duì)于電能的質(zhì)量提出越來(lái)越高的要求,不僅要確保供電穩(wěn)定可靠,而且供電的安全性也是重要要求。電力系統(tǒng)中,金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備得到廣泛應(yīng)用,因此開(kāi)關(guān)柜運(yùn)行的是否穩(wěn)定可靠是重中之重,電氣設(shè)備在運(yùn)行的過(guò)程中由于受到高溫、電壓、振動(dòng)以及其他化學(xué)作用,將會(huì)使得其絕緣性能降低,會(huì)產(chǎn)生局部放電現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)又會(huì)加速絕緣的惡化情況,會(huì)給電力系統(tǒng)造成較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。但是,由于開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部空間狹小、零件繁多、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,絕緣距離小,因此比其它電力設(shè)備更容易出現(xiàn)絕緣問(wèn)題,從而對(duì)設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行帶來(lái)巨大隱患。

局部放電一般不會(huì)引起開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部絕緣的穿透性擊穿,但是卻會(huì)導(dǎo)致絕緣介質(zhì)的局部損壞。若其長(zhǎng)期存在,則會(huì)在一定條件下造成絕緣裝置電氣強(qiáng)度的破壞,造成開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部絕緣擊穿。因而對(duì)于電氣設(shè)備而言,電氣設(shè)備發(fā)生局部放電現(xiàn)象是導(dǎo)致其絕緣老化或劣化甚至損壞從而引發(fā)設(shè)備損毀及電力系統(tǒng)事故的重要原因之一,同時(shí)局部放電也是設(shè)備絕緣完整性退化的標(biāo)志。因此對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的局部放電進(jìn)行監(jiān)檢測(cè)是評(píng)估設(shè)備絕緣狀況的重要手段,也是發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備潛伏性故障,實(shí)現(xiàn)故障預(yù)警,避免故障發(fā)生的有效措施之一。
